iVu Imaging’s SOFIA 3D Breast Ultrasound website was built on an aging WordPress installation hosted on GoDaddy. While functional at one point, the site no longer reflected the sophistication of the technology it represented. The design felt dated, performance was inconsistent, and high-definition educational videos—central to explaining the SOFIA system—were difficult to deliver smoothly and reliably.

Before Redesign
The solution
We approached this project as a complete rebuild rather than a surface-level refresh. The site was redesigned from the ground up and migrated to Webflow, allowing for a fully custom visual system, improved performance, and long-term scalability.
The new design introduced updated themes, a refined color palette, and modern typography that better align with women’s health and advanced medical technology. Layouts were restructured to improve clarity, visual flow, and storytelling, guiding visitors through the benefits of the SOFIA system in a more intuitive way.
A major focus of the redesign was media performance. The original site struggled with video delivery, which limited the effectiveness of product demonstrations and educational content. We implemented high-definition video delivery using Bunny CDN, ensuring fast, reliable playback for users around the world without sacrificing quality. This allowed iVu Imaging to showcase its technology with the level of polish and clarity it deserves.
The results
Beyond aesthetics and performance, the new Webflow build provides a cleaner, more flexible foundation for future growth. Content is easier to manage, pages are structured for scalability, and the platform is well-positioned for ongoing SEO, marketing initiatives, and product expansion.
